Description:

Ambiance & Radiance For Xfce & LXDE Brings You (You Guessed it) The Ambiance & Radiance Themes (Newest 14.04 Versions) built to work on the Xfce,LXDE & Openbox Desktops

This theme is a complete(And Probably the most comprehensive and tested) port of Ambiance & Radiance to Xfce,LXDE and Openbox with native window decorations and all.

Now you can easily have the look and feel of the Ambiance/Radiance themes (Default Ubuntu Themes) across any XFCE,LXDE and Openbox desktop. Leading to a unified and consistent desktop experience!

The Theme Consists Of:
-GTK 2 & 3 Theme. (14.04 Support)
-Metacity Theme (For Compiz)
-XFWM4 Window Theme (XFCE)
-Openbox Window Theme (Openbox & LXDE)

...In both Ambiance and Radiance.

(!) This theme will not effect Ubuntu's Stock Ambiance & Radiance Themes so don't worry! it's totally separate!

This Theme is based on the official Ambiance & Radiance themes, But is NOT however by, or endorsed in any way by the official Ambiance/Radiance team. but we have made as few changes as possible.

Features at a glance:

Includes both: Ambiance & Radiance GTK2&3 Widget and Window border themes.

* Build to work with GTK3! Other Xfce or LXDE themes that don't support GTK3 yet look like Win95(TM) when running gtk3 apps! This theme won't do that!
* Installs as a separate theme from the main Ambiance/Radiance, for use with XFCE/LXDE only. (please use official Ambiance/Radiance for Gnome/Unity)
* Includes Ambiance/Radiance Window Borders for Xfce and LXDE! (Xfwm4,Openbox)

 No dark menus

I can confirm that dark menus are missing from the Ambiance theme when running it with Xubuntu 12.04.1, or Linux Mint 13 XFCE.

Yes sorry about the confusion. That screen-shot is from the 11.10 version, I completely forgot about changing it. When we ported the theme to Ubutnu 12.04 that change was pulled from upstream. Thus only some menus are dark now. However work is being done right now to have dark menus in the next version 12.04.1 very soon.

If you want to use all dark menus right now give "Ambiance Crunchy" A try.

But remember we will be bring that feature very soon as well. Thanks for the feedback letting us know you miss dark menus. We are gonna have both plus better colors very soon! It's just a lot of work to maintain such a huge number of themes in one so sometimes we are a bit slower :)

 Nice work but...

Hey, I am running Slackware 14.1 multilib and xfce-theme-manager to use this theme. The theme displays correctly on a standard slackware x86_64 install, however when I added multilib capability it breaks the theme on xfce. I can see the buttons (and they work) but the window borders are missing and the window frame is slightly out of alignment. I have the MATE Desktop environment installed and the theme works flawlessly. (win) Any suggestions on getting this theme to work with slackware 14.1 x86_64 multilib and xfce would be much appreciated as I am in love with these themes and would like to use them with xfce on my slackware install.
