I have solved my problem. I must search for it in window manager settings in my xfce.
But how can I adjust my visual styles like you? black and shiny:)

The theme is Xfce-dusk, and the icon theme is buuf deuce.

In user interface settings you should choose "xfce-dusk". That's it.

I really liked this theme, but I like having feedback when the mouse hovers over the buttons, so I made a slightly customised version of this theme, where the buttons light up when hovered over.

I didn't think it deserved a theme submission so I'll just post a link here in case anyone is interested.
