Update:
Something I neglected to mention in my initial posting, this theme supports user configured "button layout" and "window title alignment".

So, to make it look anything like that screenshot, in Xfwm's configuration manager, move all the buttons to the right and set the title alignment to right also.

I designed it that way because I think *you* know way better than me which buttons you need/want on your windows.
