Happy to see a version 2 :)

I have used your version 1 & modded it for my personal use like this :

- a clean menubar , exactly like you in this version 2 ( with the menuline : great look )
- changed the tooltip color ( i made it " pastel green " )
- changed GtkRange slider-width & stepper-size to 12 for a "slim look and feel"
- BASE Normal & Prelight from #FFFFFF to #F9F9F9 ( hehe , coz the white burn my eyes )

That's all :)

ps : with Liberation Sans fonts @ 90DPI : simply great \o/

I really like this theme, and thanks for the emerald link too, I modified it so that the upper corners are rounded and inactive windows are slightly transparent.
Keep up the good work!

It's gnome panel, you can simply disable showing icons in menus in options (interface tab, where you change theme or wallpaper). You can also edit theme and disable icons manually but i'm not sure if it's working with panel menu in xfce.

for XFCE ,

gtk-menu-images = 0

in gtkrc. this will remove icons from all menus.
