GrayCatXfce
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Made with thoughts of photo editing and as a calm, nice, relaxed and a NOT disturbing work space.
The theme is not really finished yet. But as you can see it's good enough to use.
I had to do it fast because I have been traveling in Gnome and KDE land and went back to there I always come back - to good old XFCE4. But I needed a theme that doesn't disturbed my sensitive eyes and soul, and my old one SmoothGrayCatXfce ( http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php?content=99786 ) was outdated and lacked support for Gtk3.
I tried to do the new one as the older one, but nicer.
To use it: Unstuff and put the folder "GrayCatXfce" in a folder named ".themes" in your home folder or in "/usr/share/themes/" (if you use Debian at least). Then go to your settings and chose it.
0.0.1 The very first, unfinished, version.
0.0.2 Fixed the white tabs (now they are grey as they should) and changed some decor colors.
0.0.2.5 Fixed a real stupid (stupid me) fault in the gtk3 file.
0.0.3 Fixed some ugliness, which suddenly appeared, with the gtk3 menubar and menu.
0.0.3.6 Fixed a ugliness that apeare to the right of Gtk3 menu bars.
0.0.3.8 A little step forward.

I like this as I like grey themes but the window border is not what is shown on the preview, can't place it but it is familiar. What window border are you using?
I use Stoneage as window manager theme.
I've just created an account here to say I love this theme :) Great work!
i like the theme very much, its realy good for the eyes, not to bright and not to dark - just the perfect middle for xfce
