I've been working on this on and off for a while now, and finally feel that its ready to share.
Its just a dark little theme with not much contrast (you might have to adjust your monitor - contrast up, and brightness down)

Yeah, its "nu" from the artwiz font package.
Make the scroll-bar a little easier to see and make the buttons more attractive and you'll have a winner here. Dark theme, very readable.
