This is a port of the Nimbus theme to XFWM4.

I didn't realize until after I completed it that there is already an XFWM4 theme for Nimbus. So, I added the extra XFWM4 buttons (stick and shade) that Nimbus doesn't otherwise have, so that the Nimbus theme supports all the buttons from XFWM4.
