Thank you very much for this theme. I just love it! A little suggestion... What about making this theme red? Like Debian installer theme, same red. And another version could be green, like Linux Mint. Thanks again.
what GTK+ engine do these themes use? because when I apply them, I got this message in Appearance Preferences: "This theme will not look as intended because the required GTK+ theme engine is not installed
one of the best gtk theme out there. really need to check this out! good job!
I love this theme, but i would like to see a little color change when active tab is active in the panel. Like having opera and Firefox on and using opera right now, then the color of that tab could maybe be lighter? Little bit hard to see now.
I love seeing screenshots with Russian in them. Oh, and the theme looks amazing! Too bad I use KDE. :(
Yes, this is better now. I still miss the V1 buttons, so I've kept that version in addition to the newest one.
Very nice! Just one small thing. I think the Window Menu button at the top left is little buggy. It doesn't light up quite right like the other min, max, and close buttons. Also, maybe moving the arrow on that button up a little bit might look nicer. It seems a little low. But that's just my opinion. Besides that, I like it a lot!
I agree. It would be even better if the arrow was designed like the other buttons. It currently stands out--and not in a good way. Very good work overall! :)
I felt there were some regressions in the V2 theme... but it's back to looking great now :D
First of all, great work! I have few dislikes which seem to be already mentioned. The V2 taskbar color is the worst choice ;-). I like a mix of V1 and V2. Things needed from V1: Metacity theme, 3D buttons, perhaps coloring them when pointed at would be nice Things needed from V2 Menu colors. When you right click the colors are much better than V1. Taskbar color needs to be fixed though. Overall the theme is nice.
Thanks :) I will think about it.
Great theme, I love it! Thank you
The theme is horrible now with this latest revision. Sorry, but thanks...
Exactly! This theme sucks. I spoiled this.
I mean, I tried to use some stupid ideas at theme for more similarity to Chomifox, I thought my ideas are cool, but, as a matter of fact, my result is the stupid theme.
Version 1.0 impressive theme, but 2.x bad idea...
I attempted to do correction of mistakes.
Thanks, good job.
Very nice theme! But that red highlight on the task bar is kind of annoying. Maybe a bluish color would be better?
Maybe you could change color yourself as how you like. This file is (chrome-like/chromibuntu)/gtk-2.0/Panel/panelbutton-prelight.png
Thanks! I made the highlight a light-blue color and now it looks much better. I like it better than v1.1 :) Just one little problem. I'm using Ubuntu. In the Chromibuntu theme, for some reason the minimize tab is messed up. It's like a part of the border of that tab is smudged out. It could just be my computer though...
I don't know what is reason of your problem :( Chromibuntu it's my try to make original theme. I could make a bug, because my skill of customizing gtk is poor, but I not saw him.
metacity theme is different from the screenshot (which should be xfwm4 one). And I didn't like the scrollbar.
Yes, xfmw was my first try to make theme and I migrated on GNOME after that. I hope, if theme will be completed, I make them similar to each other. I still have many questions about how to customize configurations of gtk and others.
now with crossover chrome being available for linux, thanx to the folks at codeweavers, this theme is ace! rated gud mate!
