A modified version of John Walker's (SignalBackZero) Neo Glass GnoMenu theme made especially for my forth coming Buttonized Icon Theme, but it works well with other Icon Themes as well.

Didn't see any HAL buttons, and not much in the dark blue, so i gave making my own a shot, preety basic, doesn't stick up as I personally hate things sticking off of my panel, and also only 40x40px because my panel is 40px tall, if anyone wants a larger one, or a different color, or one that...
