Description: Instructions: 1) Download it 2) Unpack it 3) Move the folder "Mint Kore" to ~/.emerald/themes 4) Select the theme under Emerald theme-manager
I like it more to manually move the folder to ~/.emerald/themes, but as the requests came, I uploaded a .emerald version. I'm not sure if it works though, I can't use Linux at the moment and had to zip it in tar format (just renamed it to .emerald, I hope this works just like the .kth-themes).
Don't thank me, thank code2 http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Kore+Suite?content=54701 Here you can find the blue original, official version.Last changelog:
0.1a Uploaded theme 0.1b Uploaded Mint Kore.emerald
I am a newbie. could you explain in more detail as to how to install this theme?. Can you give me the exact address of the location of the .~/.emerald/themes?
You said to move the folder mnt core there, what - or where do I put the rest of the files?
Thanks
I made a .emerald version now. If it doesn't work, please tell me and I'll fix it (I can't check it at the moment).
You can rename it from .emerald to .tar and unpack it. ~/.emerald/themes is just a link to your home folder (eg /home/USER/.emerald/themes).
I like how polished this looks, even if it doesn't actually use any of the fancy transparency everyone else does with compiz themes.
Might want to repackage though - if you create a .tar.gz with the files inside (no folder), then rename it to a .emerald it will load in the theme manager automatically.
I'm not a friend of transparency too, that's why I did this green version of code2's Kore suite.
I uploaded the emerald theme, I hope it works with the installer.

Theres a port of your QT theme for GTK (startmenu bar, window shape...)? What's it's name?
