so, I see only bottom panel, and there are no top one. It means you place launchers on the Desktop? I suppose it is one of the worst features in the Windows Desktop.
There's already a load of vista clone themes. You've done a good job copying the design - The ugly and horrible design. But it looks the same as all the other vista clones.
For your second go why not try to come up with something original?
