Description:
Meta-theme, see associated BlueBrass-gnome theme.
First theme shared, feedback welcome. Went for higher contrast between active and non-active window title bars as well as higher scrollbar contrast.
Derived from NewAir-Mod, using Gion folder theme works well, suggesting use #DBC078 for offset color on gnome-panel background and such.
