It is a BORDERLESS theme, which means that you won't be able to resize windows from the edges/lower-right corner --unless there is a resize grip.
On Ubuntu, you can add the following ppa to get a resize grip on ALL gtk+ windows (QT4 windows always have the resize grip afaik):
ppa:bratsche/gtk
(to add it, just select "software sources" from the Software Centre menu).
Please note that this ppa contains unofficial updates to gtk+ libraries, and that the resize grip you'll get on all windows has some minor glitches. I use it regurarly nevertheless. I am NOT the author of that ppa.
Title text is set to Ubuntu font bold, 10pp. You can change it from the emerald theme manager.
This is really no original work, but I hope it can be useful to somebody else other than me, so enjoy!

HOW-TO install Emerald (Ubuntu): just search for it in the Software Centre. After that, you'll have to also install CompizConfig Settings Manager (always from the Software Centre), launch it, and select the Window Decorations plugin. There's an entry with "gtk-window-decorator" written in it. Just write "emerald" instead. The next time you login you'll be using Emerald.
HOW-TO install this theme: just launch Emerald Theme Manager from the main menu, select "Import..." and choose the file you've just downloaded from here.

Is there any possibility of you creating a Oneiric version of this theme??
Maybe. What I can do is modify the Ambiance Metacity theme in Oneiric to remove borders and reduce corner roundness, so that aliasing is not evident. I won't redo the theme for Emerald, because I don't expect it to work on Oneiric.
Actually I was asking for a "Ambiance-Oneiric Borderless". I just saw on the Emerald Launchpad, and seems that they are building a GTK3 version of the Emerald https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/emerald In a way or another, just for fun I did a clone of the Unity on Lubuntu 11.04 and I used your theme. I liked a lot the results, so this is why I was asking for a "Ambiance-Oneiric Borderless"
