Description:
Starace is a theme that was inspired by the movie Tron Legacy, but took on a life of its own. It was spawned from a divergence theme.

Also the icon theme is TRON icon by XadhimX. I'm still working on the GTK color scheme. I'll post that when it's done. I also have ideas for an x11 cursor theme.
