...the color (and layout... but maybe in the theme you provided that mod isn't included) of the Locationbar and Toolbar is not dark asin your attached preview... instead is "yellow"... furthermore the "yellow" is brighter/full than that one visible always in the preview. Metacity doesn't draw the right/left borders (seems they are just one pixel).
Oh :O .. can u please customize the theme and check what is the colour next to Tooltips (which should be the dark colour)? about the corners for metacity, frankly not sure how to fix that... but will try for sure.. emerald theme should cover that off..
