I am using os-k icons with some additions from nuoveXT, I think all I used from nuoveXT was the actions folders and the home/trash replacements.

Wow... best Beryl theme I've ever seen ;) ...what icon theme are you using? and do you have a recommended GTK theme to go with it for GNOME?
For gnome I have used this theme before: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/OSX?content=31618 Not quite the same but it's similar.
