To install, download the .tar.bz2 and extract it somewhere. You'll find an emerald theme and a GTK2 theme.
To install emerald theme
1. install emerald
2. open emerald
3. click on import
4. select the extracted .emerald file
To install GTK2 theme:
right-click on the extracted .tar.gz file, open with theme installer.
NOTE: the GTK2 theme is just called Ambiance-Glass because it goes well with my emerald theme. It doesn't use the Ambiance theme. It uses a theme called "Albatross" and the Ubuntu Mono Dark icons. Make sure you have those installed if you want to use the GTK theme.
If you like glass you might want to enable RGBA transparency. I have RGBA as well as Compiz transparency enabled in those screenshots.
