Description: Titlebar and buttons semi-borrowed from WinAmp's Bento Box theme. I dropped the black outline and added/modded buttons as necessary. I also added a blue state for toggle buttons (set-above, etc). Sides/bottom/corners are my own. Shadow could use tweaking depending on background, but that's just an Emerald-in-general thing.
For those interested: icons are Oxygen Refit Green, buttons/etc are Clearlooks, panel skin is my own (playing with brightness/contrast on this theme's titlebar png should get you something similar), font is Perspective Sans (GPL or just free, I forget which. Found at dafont.com)
I'm not certain about the Bento Box license. I couldn't find anything either way. If having this up angers you, please leave a comment stating such.
