what should i do to have it installed and usable?
This is reply to old comment, but I answer this if someone has same problem. Download and save the file somewhere. Go to System settings > Application Style > Widget Style > Select "qtcurve" widget style. Hit Configure and Import. Select the file you downloaded and you're done. If you want to use this with Plasma5 you need qtcurve-qt5 or similar package installed. Can also be used as gtk2 theme if you install qtcurve-gtk2 or similar.
Is this really it or is this an attempted copy of it?
It's a qtcurve theme so it is a clone.
Well, it seems qtcurve really is used?? I thought qtcurve is dead?
Yes, it's a QtCurve theme, but is not a clone at all. I extracted from Project Neon.
