I've installed this on three desktops at home, along with the monochrome icon set. That's about the cleanest look I can get.

I like this one. It's easy and plain. A bit retro for my taste though. If you could evolve this to a more modern looking theme it could be great. There are to two many glossy or pseudo-3d themes and a simple clean one is something i try to find for some time now.
