CurveDomina Qtcurve
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
An attempt to make qtcurve looks like the good old domino style, unavailable for kde.
If you like this, i suggest you to install domino for qt3 application, it will integrates very well with CurveDomina.
Window decorations are from qtcurve too, settings for windeco and kstyle are shared in the same file.
In the archive, you will find the qtcurve style as well as the colour scheme used. Last changelog:

1.1
Midified the main Gradient to not "Shine".
This prevents showinf black backgrounds with newer qtcurve engine.
Also, you've to get qtcurve from git to make qtcurve decorations work with kwin 5 (untested)

This theme does not work with QtCurve 1.6, which is in Trinity. Where can i get QtCurve 1.8 or later for Trinity?
Trinity is A Desktop environment, not a Distro, so where to get packages depends on your distribution. Anyway, here seems to be available, but it is from 2011, i don't know if it will gives you trouble to compile. https://github.com/QtCurve/qtcurve-qt3/releases
Yes, thank you, i was looking for a Qt3 based QtCurve which is later than 1.6. I cannot compile it with TDE and TQt, but at least i have the sources and can ask help from the Trinity team. Thanks again!
If you unpack the tarball, you get CurveDomina.qtcurve file which s a zip archive. unpack it again and you get CurveDomina folder, under it you'll find CurveDomina-bgnd-img.png
So, I don't see the background image in the tarball or anything? How do I get that, since it's not showing up on my windows.
This is the best QtCurve theme I've ever seen! I have created a respin of your theme, and I wasn't sure whether you would be interested in adding it to this page or if you would prefer I set up a separate page for it. I don't want to steal your thunder. Here are a couple screenshots of my respin: http://img217.imageshack.us/i/curvedominav2scc01.png http://img148.imageshack.us/i/curvedominav2scc02.png The changes: * Lighter background image * Alternate progress bar * Using menus from an older CurveDomina version * Scrollbars have faint stripes * Lighter drop shadows (active windows' shadows are darker than those of inactive windows) * Removed button transparency in exchange for greater definition * Disabled "force alternate colors" to fix color glitch under Thunderbird. * Small tweaks here and there
I'm glad you liked the theme! Maybe it is better to post your work on another page, so that each one will be mantained separately to reflect new qtcurve updates/settings, new ideas and so on ;)
I have finally finished the first version of my CurveDomina respin. You can check it out at: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=138886
Very nice, you know, we have domino-windec for kde4 in archlinux (not official, in the AUR) maybe you could try to get that for other distros
I know, i'm an archer too, but i still prefer qtcurve for windec, the one i really miss is the kstyle one :(
Very good work :D
What's name of your window decoration ?
Just read the description carefully ;)
I overlook before, thanks!
Great work! What's the name of the font used in the screenshots?
Thank you, Well, the font used is Segoe UI from Vista/Seven.
wow well done !
