I'm not so sure. That theme you linked uses the older CrystalSVG icons. This theme is a closer match to the CrystalSVG icons included in the current KDE.
Open firefox's themes panel. Then open up your file manager to where you saved the .jar file. Then just drag the .jar onto the themes panel and it will install.

Drag and drop the jar file from a konqueror window into themes window in firefox.
