Oxygono - SMPlayer icon theme
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
SMPlayer icon theme to match KDE icon theme.
> Based on KDE 4.10 icons and SMPlayer's Oxygen-Air theme.
> Extract folder Oxygono to: /home/"your username"/.config/smplayer/themes
If the folder "themes" doesn't exist you must create it. Last changelog:

Version 1.1:
-Rescaled background image to fit the default window size

icons look blurry
If you mean the icons on the control bar (play,pause,...) that's because there is no video playing. Check the second screenshot
