RPM and TAR.GZ versions all contain the following: 1 Background 1 Metacity Theme 1 GTK2 Theme 1 Icon Theme
The RPM will install the files, on a standard Fedora installation, to /usr/share/icons/split, /usr/share/themes/split and /usr/share/backgrounds/split.jpg. All package documentation is installed to /usr/share/doc/Split-Fedora-Remix-1/
I claim no ownership of any of the artwork used in this theme. The Fedora logo and all icons, wallpapers and otherwise were designed by someone else.
The Fedora logo used in this theme is from the stock Fedora Gnome theme and is used in accordance with the guidelines on the Fedora Project website, links also provided below for details.
V.1: Replaced all Ubuntu logos and branding with corresponding Fedora logo SVG files.
V.1.1: Re-packaged file as an RPM, TARBALL option still available. RPM will get murrine-engine dependency automatically if it is missing before installation.
V.1.2: Fixed RPM package. Desktop wallpaper will now install to /usr/share/backgrounds/split.jpg and will be automatically detected as the theme's background when it is selected from the theme picker.
ALL of the download links are showing file not there, there is no way to download this theme, I feel that you should either reupload it to a new host, or remove it from the site so other users don't go nuts trying to download a file that doesn't exist.
Just a few things before download:
1) What does the Metacity actually look like?
2) What does the icon theme look like?
3) What GTK theme does it work well with?
4) Can we have it in proper packages (e.g. .tar.gz) for installation through the Appearances app on a per-user basis instead of packaging it in an RPM that needs root/sudo access?

-- The theme contains both the GTK and Metacity themes (I think, like I said I didn't make the theme, I'm not familiar with the differences)
2) What does the icon theme look like?
-- The screen shot I have included shows the icon theme to some extent, I will see if I can get a better layout image of all the icons together, I don't have on right now.

-- The "Fedora Source" is the TAR.GZ file you were looking for, if you un-tar that file it will contain an icon folder, theme folder and wallpaper folder that contain the tar.gz files you can point the appearances app to for installation.

Thanks for the extra screenshots - the original desktop shot didn't give much of an idea as to what the overall set was like, but the second image is much better.
The GTK theme was mentioned indirectly (you said you needed Murrine) but it wasn't in the list of what was in the packages, so I wasn't sure if one was included or not.
As for the .tar.gz, I hadn't realise that that was what the "Fedora source" file was. As you mentioned Fedora then I'd not downloaded it, but had assumed it was an SRPM or something.
As for the RPM, I've got root access, but the more important point was that this is only a theme and so I don't *need* root access. If you can ever avoid using root then you should, especially for unsigned files (nothing personal, but anyone can put anything in an RPM on here, and the RPM can have an install script that does anything). IMO then getting people unnecessarily used to installing RPMs from unknown sources is a bad thing and will only lead to a Windows-esque security issue where anyone will run anything. The Appearances app, on the other hand, takes a .tar.gz and unpacks it appropriately with (as far as I know) no script execution and so is much safer for the downloader.

This is my first attempt to package anything or distribute anything on Gnome-look so if my description was a little unclear I apologize, I've taken your suggestions into consideration and you'll notice I made a few changes to the description that I hope will clear some things up. (and sorry for the double post of my response before, internet was being a bit flaky).
I understand your cause for the RPM concerns as well, the only reason I did the RPM was at the request of the original author of the Bisigi themes. He has the original Ubuntu files in a DEB package and has an apt repository for them, I can only assume that his intention with my RPM files is to do something similar and make a repository for Fedora users.
