I merged the T-ish theme with the BrushedGnome Theme.
The Icons are from BrushedGnome (a bit modified to have better hover buttons) and the rest is from T-ish.
One other little modification was, that when the window is maximized, the close button is in the upper right corner.
I recommend to run this theme with T-ish or T-ish-brushed.
