I think you forgot the maximised unfocused state. All other unfocused titlebars are dark like the focused ones, maximized_unfocused is white though.
Thanks ! I've corrected this little bug :-) I rarely use maximized windows...
Nice work. I really missed the clean lines of fluxbox and the simplicity. Just wanted to give kudos.
I'm preparing a better version when some windows are shaded.
