While the look is a bit stark (as is usual with the Windows Classic look), I personally have always thought it was a clean look, unobstrusive to the user. Plus, most new users to Linux might feel comfortable with the look while taking advantage of a better OS core.
Kudos to the creator of this Metacity theme.

It's really nice indeed. Even if it's "Windows", it looks very nice with Tango :).
Are you fan of Microsoft Windows Artwork ?
It would be nice if it used the gtk theme colors, and worked better with different font sizes, and dpi's.
Theme may have some errors. I've tested it with Tahoma 8px.
