I would say, this is not Wasp but the original KDE4-Metacity-theme. Just with modified buttons. If you could make the original KDE4-Buttons, I would also vote yes. I love this original KDE4-Metacity-theme for Gnome, because I have all these Oxygen-icons in the different colors.
Perhaps you could consider this.

The buttons looks amazing!
Personally, I don't like the wasp stripes so I commented out lines 240-294 to disable them, but that is just me
If you were looking for a suggestion to improve it I would say the mouseover on the buttons is not as bling as the rest, but it is still a fantastic theme
