I made this since I got sick of all the menu buttons that stick above the panel. I noticed that the original contributor of this icon welcomed anyone to do with it as they pleased...so here you go.

To install, extract archive and copy folder into usr/share/gnomenu/themes/buttons. You should be able to find it in the gnomenu preferences menu after that.
