It would be a nice splash screen if you would have taken a picture using a higher quality and without the "FHM.fr"-label. You shoud have take one where the copyright is somewhere small in one corner.
Try to find a picture with better quality and update it, I'm sure people will like it.

Wouldn't it be better if people used some originality and didn't have to rely on copyrighted content?
wow, that's a nice pic. i don't like the text, but you can't really remove it w/o breaking copyright.
