This splash is of course inspired by his work, I didn't specified his name just because I didn't knew the name of the author... but I explained this work was inspired by Novell's OOo splash.
Sorry about this misunderstanding!
1) Rename the downloaded splash screen in "intro.bmp"
2) Copy the renamed file in /usr/lib/openoffice/program and replace the existing intro.bmp file
3) you're done!
