Hi i was wondering if you could im me on xgtox5 on gaim and teach me how to make a GDM theme thnx
In 1280x1024 it looks weird. The icons lie on the border of the box and it's all kinda crappy. Needs to be fixed.
With 1400x1050 it looks shitty but else very nice!!
quite nice looking... and original.
I wonder if lockheed would consider adding this to his suite, so everything would be together. just a thought :) swj
Actually, should'nt the icons be below the "dotted" line? ;)
In fact they already are under the dotted line, there is a «bug» in the screenshot.
sorry, I was not able to test yet because I'm at work and just saw the screen shot. ;) Nice change though to match the official splash! I will try it out as soon as I get home (late). Thanks!
Thanks for your work-is there anyway to make a version of this GDM more consistant with the official graphite suite splash (Gnome part and background)-icons look good. see official splash @ http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=26757 thanks!
I'm working at it ;-)
I didn't have time to see what the problem was, but it is an invalid file format to drag to the themes app. Anyone feel like fixing it? Looks pretty though ;)
GDM greeters are installed system wide, so unfortunately they have to be installed using the Login Screen admin tool (in the "Graphical greeter" tab).
rrrrright... my fault, thank you
