It feels warm and friendly and professional at the same time. Any chance you could do some with different background colors?
Maybe an orange, blue, green. The white is just a little bright for myself.
(If all this is asking too much, I wouldn't be offended to get a "do it yourself" response)
i would look for Linsta GDM. The idea behind it is neat. You can just change the background to anything. Maybe one could modify this theme in a similar way.
