I think the problem with Opera was it was prefixing a UTF-8 wildcard to the filepath. Using wget or a text browser reveals that. BTW, great icon theme! Love it.
Have you tried to copy-paste the url?
Last chanche: is Opera your web-browser?
Many people had your same problem, and in the ubuntu forum, we discovered the cause was Opera bad managing of some downloads.
Firefox did the trick :)
BTW, so many have succeeded, so the file isn't corrupted or broken. :)
There's an alternative link, if the main one doesn't work. It is on top of the page, is name is "link".
If that doesn't work either, you can try and copy-paste the url i wrote in description, that's the very location of the file to download.
BTW, I was using Victory (strikes again) gtk theme, which you can find here in Gnome-look.org
(I just turned the color into purple)
Let me now if you succeed!
At the top you can see there is a "Link : Link"
Try and use that, instead of the button, I assure you it works.
The last option you have, is to write the url I put in the description, and download from there :)
i tried to open the file it show me this:
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors

the link works. but the file downloaded is just a file named 'download'. can't extract file out of it.

Yes. It downloads what looks like a text file. also, what themes are you using in that screenshot?!
