This is a modified version of the Radiance theme that comes with Ubuntu. So, most of the credit should go to those incredible guys/gals who made the original theme.

I really like Radiance theme. But in my opinion, orange and other reddish colors are a bit distractive. So, for the past year or so I have been using modified versions of Radiance where I changed main colors (in css as well as in all images) to those similar to the blueish colors of gnome-look/zukitwo/zukiwi, and also did some other minor changes. I found some group of people who actually wanted something similar themselves. So, here it is.
Last changelog:

v1: Based on Ubuntu 13.04 Radiance.
