Numix-Darker
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
All credits goes to the Numix designers.
Since gnome 3.8, the notebook widget renders border below the active tab and there is no way to add top margin (almost all popular custom themes have this issue). However, the default adwaita theme doesn't have these issues. It seems that the adwaita engine have a notebook rendering helper that makes it render properly.
The theme will be maintained till the original Numix theme adds support for darker toolbar and better notebook tab rendering.
IMPORTANT: the theme is tested on gnome-shell 3.10 only

No Files to download?
In synaptic package manager's toolbar, quick filter is gray as is the area to the right of search. Also gray, is the far left edge of the toolbar. Can these be fixed or is this a gtk2 issue? Nice mod otherwise.
Try adding following lines to "gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets.css" If it doesn't affect other apps, I would consider adding this fix.
Works well. Thanks. No damage to other apps I've checked so far. This also applies to evolve-darker as I'm sure you know.
I like the idea of the toolbars, but specially I love that tabs! : )
Looks perfect, but, I downloaded it and is the same theme as the original Numix theme, it has no dark toolbar.
I have just checked it, has dark toolbar. BTW, dark toolbar is only available in GTK3 apps.
I love this theme, and i know css, but i can't get to change text font color in pantheon file manager, it looks white like the background
oh that's because pantheon uses a different input based on granite widgets :) Basically it has to be themed with that group of apps.
