Seven plastic grey theme

Description:
Updated to 2.0! Thanks to ZeroPrime for his suggestions and improvements!
This is a theme with a Windows Seven feel based off of the midnightblackplastic theme for GTK 2.0. It gives you a grey Seven-ish taskbar, similar to the newest builds of Windows Seven. I did not create the MidnightBlackPlastic theme, it was some character named "Wes", but credits (and huge thanks) for their artwork go to him! I added shortcut icons, but since iconizing is not possible on Ubuntu 8.04 and under, I added a window selector to keep my taskbar neat and clean like in Windows. The theme looks the best when the gnome panel is set to a size of 38 pixels or greater (windows Seven taskbar is 40 pixels). Anything below that size unstacks your date and time. The sidebar is courtesy of screenlets, and I use Emerald and Compiz Fusion to get many desktop effects, including the aero theme. Feel free to improve on this theme, just make sure you give credit to myself and the creator of the midnightblackplastic theme :-). Thanks!
For the seven orb and start menu, install gnomenu (http://www.deviantart.com/users/outgoing?https://launchpad.net/gnomenu), the Win7 orb (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Win7+menu+button?content=98048), and the Seven (ish) start menu (http://asilaydyingdl.deviantart.com/art/Seven-ish-GnoMenu-theme-116582219).
P.S. If you are a Windows hater, do not come around just to bash or vote negative. You have better things to do. Last changelog:

-Entirely new dropdown menus.
-New metacity theme (by ZeroPrime).
-Other minor changes that make the theme overall more aesthetically pleasing. No need to mention them all here! Just know its a better theme now.

Hello! may i ask how to install the themes etc.? I'm new here, as you can see and i would really like some help! :) You can email me @ alkiis@hotmail.com
Go to your ubuntu main menu, then system, preferences, appearance, and just drag and drop the downloaded theme in to the appearance window, and it should install itself. You can change some options yourself after it is installed by clicking the "Customize" button.

Hi! how to taskbar icon?
I made those icons myself. I can send you the template if you give me your email address.
