Description: I am currently working on this model, a new interface. But I do not know if it may be feasible. I started in this area so it may take me time. All help is welcome ^ ^
...I prefer a wonderful impossible thing than a boring possible thing... I say it's not your mockup absurd, computers are "limited" instead... so for now there's no room to make dreams come true.

use these colors, these icons, yeah, use all of this mockup, but make it with a normal window and it will be a really really great gnome desk!

I think the reasons why it is voted bad are twofold. For one, it's completely impossible to do with gtk, barring a total rewrite of the code. For two, using an almost circular window shape is extremely inefficient as far as efficiency is concerned. It is very difficult to effectively lay out things in a circular window without wasting a lot of space.
It's a good effort, and I appreciate that you're thinking outside the box (literally), but I think you should lose the unusual window shape.
