Well because black+dark blue are the colors of ArchLinux, and gnome-look is full of black+dark blue themes for this reason!
So i did something different, inspired by Akatsuki colors! (do you know Naruto? ;) )

Still, I like dark and blue for its colour scheme, not anything to do with Arch. The way your theme is designed is better than other dark and blue themes. That's why I request the colours. Green will also work.

try making a jinchuriki theme...wid certain good icons and maybe a jinchuriki background...
