i now have the original GTKRC file in the tar
along with metacity, emerald and wallpaper
**** i have amended many things inc shading of widgets, glazing and others ****
**** new revision - very round buttons and slightly revised pallet ****

Where I can find the icons that you are using in this theme?
it's very possibile, because I modified the original bambu-zen. pipertehc have write he's theme next than I published my. please, you download pipertehc's tarball theme. thanks
I try to install this theme in the habitual way but the color green is not present, all the theme is white. ??? :(
follow the link given by steveacab above, his version works.
stevecabs theme is built with the clearlooks engine, the original is built with murrine

Please remove the dependency on NewHuman theme and write the color scheme into a gtkrc.
I modified the original gtkrc of Bamboo-zen with bambuntu's colors scheme. the file don't have the "bambuntu.theme" but ever gtkrc. enjoy. http://artdesktop.googlecode.com/files/bambuntu.tar.gz

I got a tarball with a .theme file in it. Where does a .theme file go?
Kaha try pasting the file into the /home/.theme folder It may depend on the new human theme????
So you don't even know what you're doing? Also, I've never seen a gtk2 theme without a gtkrc file, can that be the reason I can't get it to work?
do i know what im doing ??? works for me ! on 3 computers! (anyone else having issues with the instal ? like i say, maybe just maybe, this depends on the new human theme (as said in the description)
great looking, the emerald theme works fine, but I am having trouble installing it too. I tried copying it to the ~/.themes folder, but not cake. tried the drag and drop method, didn't work.

I didn't know GTK+ themes only worked on Ubuntu.
It's just a name. It doesn't say anywhere that it depends on Ubuntu. Actually it says it depands on Gnome.
It does say "Ubuntu download" What would you think?
