Description: This theme looks better with transparency.You have to set panel color to black with alpha 74. Panel size on screenshot is 38 px.And you have to set transparency of window decorations also to 74. To get titlebars without title just set font size to zero. Icon pack used here is Flattr, and system font is Play.
With xubuntu 14.04 the indicators panel (where stand the volume icon, the Wi-Fi icon and others) it does not follow the color of the task bar. Here is a screenshot :
