I don't know if there is a xfwm theme included. But you can recolor the blue theme with the GIMP. :)

I really like the way your work on this theme looks.
Problem: Although I've installed every possible version of it I can find following the standard instructions of installing icons into /home/user/.icons and /usr/share/icons -- nothing is showing up within the XFCE environment as as a theme which one can select.
I noted your work with LaGaDesk BlackWhite-III which I use nearly exclusively at the moment. I'd like to get your Black and Blue theme to work.
Suggestions would be appreciated.

Like it a lot. Any chance for one in Red? Both the GTK & XFWM theme? Think that woukd look cool as well. ;)

Sorry, can't find any problem. I tested the icons with Xfce and all is fine. Did you extracted it twice before you moved it? Regards
