Still broken?

Using GTK 3.22.8-1 There is no slider (just a grey line) visible if I open the volume-control-applet, no slider in "volume-notification" if I'm using the volume keys on the keyboard. Many applications are looking strange, especially the "tabs" etc...

GTK 3.20 broke pretty much all themes. Here's the bug listing for the XFCE default themes (which include dusk): https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8707

I'm using gtk3 v3.18.4-1 in XFCE4 and when I load the xfce-dusk-gtk3 theme, pavucontrol, transmission, etc.. won't load. There a long list of gtk error's in ternimal when a launch those apps. I installed gtk-engine-unico, no luck. All of my gtk2 app's still work though. TY

Add -GtkWidget-wide-separators: true; -GtkWidget-separator-width: 2px; -GtkWidget-separator-height: 2px; To the top of /usr/share/themes/Xfce-dusk-gtk3/gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets.css This will resolve bugginess with the gtk file chooser preview's Left hand column Fix example http://i.imgur.com/bmtKpp0.jpg

Hello, it seems the download can no longer be found... :( Is it possible to upload it to make it accessible? I'd like to try it because I can not find any good dark themes.

RyogaU

The Download Link still works for me. But, if you'd like a dark theme for GTK3 try Albatross here: http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Albatross?content=123952 For icons, I use this: http://alecive.deviantart.com/art/AwOken-163570862 I hope that helps!

The theme looks great but still I have found one place in the system where the contrast was poor. See link below. http://s8.postimage.org/r3g3tttut/spatne_barvy.png I am not sure about the name of aplication in english, maybe: Center of software for Ubuntu Does anyone know where or how to fix it and not crash the rest of the theme?

JackVermicelli

After following the directions given in the readme, the only xfce-dark I have available in my (xubuntu) settings is the one I originally had (gtk2 with the camouflaged scrollbar), not your gtk3. Is there maybe some place I should put the theme to have it wherever the default themes are, rather than in that ~/.theme/ folder you had me create?

cool !!!

Thanks a lot! It's the first and only dark Gtk3 theme that I found on the web... However the background colour for Gtk3 apps is a lighter grey than in the original Gtk2 theme... Also (less important) the buttons don't have gradients.

RyogaU

I fixed the first part. But the gradients look kind of fancy and I like that. :D
