Download, copy to .fluxbox/styles folder, decompress tar.gz.
More on the included README file.
Last changelog:

Added the Calligraphic font to package.
Put font file into .fonts folder and run mkfontsdir.

It is nice. I don't use Fluxbox, but it's pretty nice to recommend to others. :D Keep on truckin' and makin' those themes.
