The gtk theme is included with the tar.gz. It bases on Black&White. Unfortunately I don't have that tint2 config anymore. :( My pekwm config files are pretty much default, so I won't post them here.
i have already seen these five colors somewhere on a rainbow...
well i like this theme, and tried exactly the same on my last one and i think it fit better with OpenBox.

pekwm is a window manager that once upon a time was based on the aewm++ window manager, but it has evolved enough that it no longer resembles aewm++ at all. It has a much expanded feature-set, including window grouping (similar to ion, pwm, or fluxbox), autoproperties, xinerama, keygrabber that supports keychains, and much more.
