Great theme. It would be cool if the close button could be activated by just moving the mouse to the bottom right edge and click (Fitts Law). Right now you have to focus the close button exactly.

For the close button is hit by the mouse to have this at top right, just delete the files "titleAJ.xpm" "titleAQ.xpm" "titleIJ.xpm" "titleIQ.xpm" of the theme.
The appointees with "Q" added an edge to the right, and those appointed to "J" on the left.
