okay i cant figure out how to write a theme for openbox that will do this and i dont know how to port a theme like this to openbox though it should be able to do one please help me a person whom hates how windows runs but loves the look.

I believe that was impossible, because openbox don't support images in his window's border.
If I'm wrong, this package content the gimp's files for personalize the theme. The fonts and colors are in default.theme
