The guy is taken from a news-clip filmed in Swedish television where this guy is talking alot of crap about his life and all the girls and gans he has been hanging out with. It's kinda funny and was circulating on the web some years ago.

While I'm not trully impressed y her graphic talents...I kinda dig her weird subversive personality.
I may not choose to grace my desktop with the thing but I download it for a laugh. And anything that makes you laugh cant be all crap.

however, i can see there's been a great progress in ulbe's uploads. no handicapped people in this picture. none at all. keep it up! (please!)
it can be only hoped that the improvement of the technique will catch up with the content's.
