Description: my desktop wallpapper, prepared for SVG challanege few months ago.Last changelog:
Changed position of K-Gear (centered) and added second version with icon bar. Archive includes png images of these wallpappers (1152x864) for people which didn't upgrade Kde to 3.4.
Hi, I've got one little problem with this background.
Under the logo, I only have a white square where the "Simplify.." text is supposed to be. Do I have to install some specific font for this background in order to funtion correctly?
I had the same problem with the SVG support in the KDE that comes with Fedora Core 4. I installed the packages from the kde-redhat project at . SVG works great now.
This is a raelly cool concept. Something about it, however, creates the illusion that the crystal globe isn't centered. Perhaps it's the drop shadow. Just a little more work on this and it'll be a part of my wallpaper rotation list. Nice work ;)

Hmm... well, dont know why :/ AFAIR, someone has similar problem. Try to load it into Inkscape and see what'll happen.
Hm, with inkscape it works. The question would be how does KDE render the SVG stuff? Anyone has some hints on how to make this work?
