How did you manage the transparent windows? Luminocity project? I like the background as well, I'm using it.

thank you! the transparent windows are managed through transset and xcompmgr. you just need the composite extension in xorg. there are packages for that in ubuntu. But I use them only for screenshots. It is not fast enough yet. you can see an explaination here: http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/DropShadows http://gentoo-wiki.com/TIP_Xorg_X11_and_Transparency#xcompmgr_and_transset first one is for ubuntu (speaks only about xcompmgr) and the second one is for gentoo. the second one has info about transset.

hi! i would set the camera to a view from top of the logo with a very little inclination. also the mirror-effect on the ground is much to strong.same thing applies to transparency. but the rest is quite ok!

thank you, well, I don't have much experience in blender, I made only a couple or more things with it. so thank you for the good critism :) Perhaps I will update this one, and also post another background from a different angle.
